Field ROI is built to respect your privacy. We don't ask you to sign up, and we don't collect or store the deal numbers you enter.

Your deal analysis

Every calculation runs in your browser. The numbers you type — purchase price, rent, expenses, financing — never leave your device unless you choose to share them through a link, which encodes the data into the URL itself.

Profile and logo

If you add your name, company, or a logo for branded PDFs, those are saved in your browser's local storage only. We don't upload or read them. Clearing your browser storage removes them permanently.

Anonymous analytics

We use PostHog to count anonymous page views and feature usage so we can improve the tool. Analytics events don't include your deal numbers, name, email, or any personally identifiable information.

Payments

The one-time $29 unlock is processed by Stripe. Stripe handles your card details directly under their own privacy policy — we never see or store card numbers.
